Chloe is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Excelsius Wellness in Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast. She holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science (Honours) in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Southern Queensland, and additional qualifications as a Reformer Pilates Instructor. Chloe is passionate about empowering people to move well, manage their health, and feel stronger at every stage of life.
About chloe
Working in private practice, Chloe has built extensive experience supporting clients across a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic, and cardiac presentations. She has a strong background in exercise prescription and takes pride in developing individualised programs that align with each client’s specific goals, health needs, and lifestyle.
Chloe has a particular passion for women’s health, having completed a comprehensive women’s health mentorship program covering pelvic floor dysfunction, menopause, perimenopause, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. She is especially passionate about supporting women through the menopausal transition, helping manage symptoms through evidence-based exercise while focusing on bone health, osteoporosis prevention, and maintaining strength and independence across every stage of life.
Chloe also has a deep interest in healthy ageing, helping older adults maintain their strength, balance, and independence through targeted exercise interventions, with a particular focus on falls prevention and improving quality of life. With additional qualifications in reformer Pilates, she enjoys incorporating this form of movement into treatment plans to enhance strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

Classes
In addition to one-on-one consultations, Chloe leads a range of small-group exercise classes at Excelsius including Clinical Pilates, Hybrid Circuit, Small Group Strength Training, and Seniors Strength and Balance. All classes are clinically supervised and limited to small group sizes to ensure every participant receives proper guidance and individual attention.

Reformer Pilates Rehabilitation Incorporating reformer Pilates into treatment plans to enhance strength, mobility, and function.
